Passage: Esther 7-8
Join us as our pastor, Jonathan Brooks, teaches on Esther 7-8.
In Esther 7–8, we’re reminded that Esther is not ultimately about human heroes but about the hidden hand of God at work in every detail of history. These chapters reveal four powerful truths: God provides wisdom for His people, His enemies will always fall, He will bring justice against those who oppose Him, and He pours out abundant grace and mercy on His children. Haman’s downfall shows that no enemy can stand against God’s sovereign purposes, while Esther and Mordecai’s deliverance reminds us that God not only rescues but blesses His people beyond measure. This passage invites us to put on “spiritual glasses” to see the world as it truly is, God reigning over all things, working for the good of His people and the glory of His name.
- God provides wisdom for his people.
- God’s enemies will fail.
- God will bring justice against His enemies.
- God shows abundant grace and mercy to his people.
