Jesus’ last command before ascending to heaven was that His followers would make disciples of all people in every nation, from every tribe, of every tongue.

At Christ Fellowship Leesville, we desire to make Jesus’ mission our mission as we give financial resources, time, energy and effort to help support missional work in Jesus’ name.

Throughout the year, there are various opportunities for individuals to participate in local service to the community as well as short term mission trips. Our goal in reaching out to people in our community and our world is to show them the irresistible love and Good News of Christ.

Current Missions and Outreach Opportunities

Baptists on Mission is providing practical ways to help those in need in western NC while also seeking opportunities to spread the gospel of Jesus. They have provided us with two different opportunities to help:

  1. You can individually donate online to their relief efforts through their website. 100% of donations made through this site go toward those efforts. You can click on the link below to donate.
  2. We are exploring the possibility of sending a team from our church through Baptists on Mission to western NC in the next few months to help directly with relief efforts. If you are interested in serving this way, please complete the form at the link below. Click here for a helpful FAQ from Baptists on Mission. We will be in contact soon concerning this opportunity.

The Leesville Road Elementary School PTA is assisting with over 20 students who need food for meals on the weekends. You can help by bringing the following supplies to CFL. There will be a collection box in the Worship Center for the supplies. Please do not bring juice pouches or glass containers.

  • Protein – canned goods: tuna, chicken, Chef Boyardee, soups
  • Starches – Knorr rice & pasta sides, instant mashed potato pouches, mac & cheese cups or boxes, ramen
  • Drinks – shelf-stable individual milks, juice boxes
  • Snacks – crackers, goldfish, pretzels, chips, raisins, etc.
  • Vegetables – canned goods: green beans, corn, carrots, mixed veggies, peas
  • Fruits – canned goods: pineapple, peaches, oranges, pears, mixed fruit
  • Breakfast – individual oatmeal boxes, cereal, pancake cups, grits
