In this passage, Jesus confronted the disciples’ desire to be great in the kingdom with the truth of what Kingdom greatness really meant. Jesus told them that if they desired to be great in the kingdom, they needed to exhibit a servant’s heart. May we follow Jesus’ example and be willing to serve others with the love of Christ.
